I found about this hotel in Agoda.
When I booked a standard room in Agoda, it was 108rm per night.(2012/8/10-12)
With breakfast.

The location is very good.
5 mins from the airport and 15-20 mins to Pantai Cenang.

Closet

The room was clean and new.
It seems this hotel itself is new or renovated this year!!

The bathroom was also ok but the shower room was a bit narrow and it could be more clean because it seems they did not clean properly or well.
There were some molds on the floor tile. (it was still acceptable for me but it was disappointed)

For the amenities, there were a tissue box and a soap and a shower cap... a hair drier, drinking water bottles and towels.
So, we bought tooth brush and tooth paste and shampoo and conditioner at a convenience store.

Breakfast

On the 2nd day, we went down to breakfast at 10. (It was a bit late thou)
It seemed there were a big group before we went there....
Most of the food was gone and there were nasi lemak and bread and cereals.
The tea and coffee were very thick because they were heated up for very long. If you like Malaysian local food like nasi lemak, no problem for you.
Since I don't like nasi leamak, I had only cereal.
