Mina Tequila in KL

I would like to share with you that this was exactly happened to me and my boyfriend last month. Guys, we must raise our voice when we don't get nice service in a restaurant, shop or service industries. This note was written by my boyfriend... Please read it for the details.  これは、実際に私と彼氏に起こった話です。 KLで大手のタクシー会社であろうと思われる会社を利用しました。 しかし、指定した道を使うようにドライバーに言いましたが、全くの無視でわざと遠回りをしました。 その後、口論になり、高速道路の真ん中で降ろされ、私たちは高速道路の路肩を歩き、安全な場所まで避難。コールセンターに電話をして事情を説明しましたが、対応も悪く、代わりのタクシーも回してくれませんでした。 その後1時間もタクシーを待っていましたが来ず、マネージャと話し事情を説明しました、そのマネージャーまで、 「あなたがそこで１時間も待っているのは、あなたの問題でこちらの責任でもない」と捨て台詞まで吐きました。 レストラン、ホテル、サービス業で対応が良くない事は多々ありますが、このような不当な扱いを受けたら声を上げるべきではないでしょうか。 以下は彼氏が書きました。 A few weeks ago, I experienced the true meaning of bad service from the biggest (I believe) Cab Company in Kuala Lumpur.
