Mina Tequila in KL

I would like to share with you that this was exactly happened to me and my boyfriend last month. Guys, we must raise our voice when we don't get nice service in a restaurant, shop or service industries. This note was written by my boyfriend... Please read it for the details.  これは、実際に私と彼氏に起こった話です。 KLで大手のタクシー会社であろうと思われる会社を利用しました。 しかし、指定した道を使うようにドライバーに言いましたが、全くの無視でわざと遠回りをしました。 その後、口論になり、高速道路の真ん中で降ろされ、私たちは高速道路の路肩を歩き、安全な場所まで避難。コールセンターに電話をして事情を説明しましたが、対応も悪く、代わりのタクシーも回してくれませんでした。 その後1時間もタクシーを待っていましたが来ず、マネージャと話し事情を説明しました、そのマネージャーまで、 「あなたがそこで１時間も待っているのは、あなたの問題でこちらの責任でもない」と捨て台詞まで吐きました。 レストラン、ホテル、サービス業で対応が良くない事は多々ありますが、このような不当な扱いを受けたら声を上げるべきではないでしょうか。 以下は彼氏が書きました。 A few weeks ago, I experienced the true meaning of bad service from the biggest (I believe) Cab Company in Kuala Lumpur. Bella Vista Hotel I found about this hotel in Agoda. When I booked a standard room in Agoda, it was 108rm per night.(2012/8/10-12) With breakfast. The location is very good. 5 mins from the airport and 15-20 mins to Pantai Cenang. Room OK, I will show you the room we stayed. Double bed Flat TV and a desk Closet  The room was clean and new. It seems this hotel itself is new or renovated this year!! The bathroom was also ok but the shower room was a bit narrow and it could be more clean because it seems they did not clean properly or well. There were some molds on the floor tile. (it was still acceptable for me but it was disappointed) For the amenities, there were a tissue box and a soap and a shower cap... a hair drier, drinking water bottles and towels. Day 2 in Langkawi We woke up kinda late... Breakfast in the hotel was until 10:30 but we woke up kinda late and went for breakfast before 10, most of the food was gone and had to eat leftover Nasi Lemak and cereal . After breakfast, we put swimsuits on and went out for a beach. @Beach As we planned, we tried to go to the private beach of Datai, but we got kinda excited driving around, so first we check the blacksand beach but there were no people in the beach and we were not sure how to go in so we decided to drive little bit more farther. We arrived at Tanjun Rhu beach . At first, there were only 2 of us but later 1 family and 1 couple came to the beach. I was waiting for this moment!! Langkawi Trip!!! We took AirAsia, as usual.... AirAisa @ LCCT I know there is no flight meal served for free, but I like enjoying on board. So at least I wanna try something. I found this instant cup chicken cream soup, imported from UK. It is 8rm. I asked for this and a C.A just poured hot water and stirred.  Chicken Soup imported from UK It was delicious and filled my stomach.  The flight hour is 1 hour, from KL to Langkawi.  Langkawi Airport is apparently an International one. After you arrived there, you take stairs to get off and walk to the terminal building. Look at this sign board. If you know Japanese language, you notice... Sometimes, we can see funny Japanese outside of Japan. After we went out from the gate, there are some rental car or tours booths. So We decided to rent a car. I love Langkawi!! Why? Hmm... No reasons but it's very nice to relax and enjoy beaches and activities. Well, I am going to go to Langkawi this weekend. Of course, when it comes to "travel" , I am crazy about making plansss!!! Langkawi Map Pantai Cenang: it's the most  touristic area, which has many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, backpacker hotels. North area is the best for the beaches!! Kuah: the biggest town  As Langkawi is not a big island, you can travel around by car or bike. You can rent a car / bike at Langkawi airport or some of the hotels. So I am going to rent a car this time and will drive around!!! When it comes to "travel", I am very noisy about what to eat there. I am actually tired of the loacal food so I want to eat something different and feel relaxed. There are actually a lot of information on web. イスラム教の修行の一つとしてある 「ラマダン(断食)」 イスラム暦の 第9番目 の月に 1ヶ月間 行われる。1ヶ月間、全く何も食べないのではなく、 日没 から 日の出 までの間は食べてもOK! 日が昇っている間は水もガムも一切口にしない。 マレーシア もイスラム教徒が多い国なので、同僚や友達など断食している姿を見る。 この苦行は、食べ物のありがたみを理解したり、飢えで苦しんでいる人の気持ちを分かるために行うらしい。 病人や妊婦や旅行者などは免除されるらしいが、マレーシアでは宗教警察も見回りに来るため、イスラム教徒が昼間にレストランで。。。。となると逮捕らしい。 そんなこんなで、最近昼間の ショッピングセンター はガラガラ。 Buka Puasa といって Break fasting(断食明け) の時間が大体夜の7時半。 みんな友達や家族とレストランや家で盛大なご馳走を頂く。 レストランで集まるときは6時半から集合して、Buka Puasaの時間までス タンバイOK の状態で待ってる。 なので、夕方はBuka Puasaに向かう車と帰宅の車で 大渋滞 。 タクシーもなかなか捕まらず。。。 食事中の時間帯は見事に道路はガラガラ!! 移動にはちょうどいいけど、タクシーのおっちゃんもBuka Puasa 中で、いない。。笑 そんなこんなで、 異文化で生活中。 ラマダン中は事故も多いし物騒になるらしいから、KLのみなさんはお気をつけあそばせ。。。。
